The primary, year-round color palette for the brand would be its autumnal color palette, which is inspired by the colors of red crossbill finches. While info cards and advertisements would change palettes with the passing seasons, the website and packaging would keep to this primary palette.

Seasonal color palettes to be used for advertisements and info cards, reflecting the changing seasons and giving the brand a bit of a fluid identity.

Seasonal double-sided info cards. With each box, a card would be included stating the genres the user chose and the recommended comics that have been included in the box, along with a short synopsis of each comic. On the other side of the card would be a seasonal print of the mascot, Crossy the Crossbill, in autumn, winter, spring, or summer, depending on when the order was delivered. These art prints add a collectible element to the subscription, encouraging users to continue ordering to collect all of the seasonal prints. The seasonal illustrations would change with each year.
Magazine blow-in ads to promote subscriptions, allowing readers to sign up and order a box by mail.
Subscription box flats, outside and inside. Post Regular handwritten font used for word balloon and caption text to reflect the look of comic books. Box flat template and printing via VistaPrint.
